Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything from Lemii Label - but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original, resealable condition with all tags and packaging intact

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Socks

  • Hats

  • Sale Items
  • Any items marked as Final Sale at checkout

 

Return Process

To start a return, email sales@lemiilabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Fee
All returns are subject to a $5 return fee order, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected.
If your return is not in resealable condition, based on our sole discretion, your refund will be denied.
If you would like the item sent back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without notice.
